Jade Peak writes about places, experiences, and the people behind them, so hotels, operators, and companies come up often. We have no financial relationship with any entity named in this article. If that ever changes, we'll say so plainly, right here at the top.
Singapore is one of the healthiest cities we've visited. We spent some time there recently and quickly understood why. It's remarkably safe and despite its relatively small size, wellness seems to find its way into everyday life. The city has built an environment that actively encourages people to move, recover, and live well. As always at Jade Peak, we went looking for a few places that caught our attention.
Little Farms & FIFA World Cup 2026 collection
If you've spent any time in Singapore, chances are you've come across Little Farms. We'd actually be surprised if you hadn't.
What started as a retailer focused on high-quality, sustainably sourced food has become something of a reference point for people who care about what they eat. The shelves are packed with organic produce, better-for-you snacks, and products selected with a level of scrutiny that feels increasingly rare.
What caught our attention recently was their FIFA World Cup 2026 collection. Rather than filling baskets with the usual ultra-processed game-day snacks, they've curated a selection that makes match nights feel a little more aligned with the way many people are trying to eat today.
Grain Traders
What we appreciate most about Grain Traders is that it doesn't subscribe to a single philosophy of healthy eating. Instead, it borrows some of the best ideas from food cultures around the world and brings them together in a way that feels surprisingly natural.
One day you might find ingredients inspired by Mediterranean diets, nutrient-dense grains and legumes that have been staples for centuries, and the next you're eating a perfectly executed salmon donburi or a flavour-packed Pad Kra Pao.
SkyPark Yoga by Virgin Active
We're not usually convinced by every wellness trend, but yoga at sunrise overlooking Marina Bay is difficult to argue with.
Virgin Active's SkyPark Yoga creates one of Singapore's more memorable ways to start the day. They claim you'll burn around 200 calories per session… We can't personally verify that, but we can confirm something more important: you don't need to be staying at Marina Bay Sands or even be a Virgin Active member to join. Simply book a class, pay for a single session with panoramic views of the skyline.
Her Wellness Club
One of our co-founders recently visited Her Wellness Club and came away genuinely impressed. Designed specifically for women, it feels like the kind of place we'd particularly recommend to anyone starting their fitness journey or looking to explore more specialised forms of training such as STOTT Pilates.
What stood out wasn't just the quality of the classes, but the sense of community that exists around them. After your workout, you're encouraged to stay, enjoy breakfast, and spend time chatting with other members. The club also hosts regular workshops covering everything from fitness and recovery to broader wellbeing topics. If you're a member, these sessions are included, making it easy to pick up new skills, learn from experts, and stay motivated beyond your usual workouts.
What really stands out, though, is the sense of community. It's an especially welcoming space for women looking to meet like-minded people, build healthy routines, and spend time in an environment that prioritises feeling good as much as getting fit.
